In 59 B.C. Gaius Iulius Caesar, Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus and Marcus Licinius Crassus, facing the intransigence of the Roman Senate towards their particular projects and ambitions, sealed an informal political pact commonly known as the First Triumvirate. Thus was born a “three-headed monster”, in Varron’s words, destined to change the course of the history of the Roman State.

Triumviratus is a versatile expansion of the ONUS! series that gives you the opportunity to take command of the armies of Gaius Iulius Caesar, Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus, Marcus Licinius Crassus and the civitates of Gaul, as well as an extensive selection of entirely new allied and mercenary forces, to immerse yourself directly in the armed conflicts that changed the course of the history of Rome, Europe and the Middle East between 59 and 44 BC..

The Allies box, is filled with hordes of new mercenary units, allies and vassals of the powers of the era, coming from all corners of the Roman world, ready to serve the highest bidder, their partners -according to the winds of war and history- or their patrons, whoever they may be.
